Scenic Eclipse II
Scenic Eclipse II, an ultra-luxurious polar cruiser, is operated by the Scenic Group – a leading global tour operator for luxury river and ocean travel. She is a sister ship of the awarded Scenic Eclipse, the first ocean faring vessel and the flagship of the Scenic Group. The Vessel was built in 2023 at the MKM Yachts Shipyard in Rijeka, Croatia. Scenic Eclipse II was formally named by NASA astronaut Kathryn Sullivan in Malaga on June 03, 2023.
Scenic Eclipse II has a gross tonnage of 17,592. There are two helicopters on board for trips to distant places, as well as a six-meter-long submarine that can dive to a depth of 330 meters below the ocean surface to allow guests to experience an unforgettable and unique adventure.
The Scenic Eclipse II can house a Specialist Discovery Team (up to 20 members) and offers the opportunity for unrivalled worldwide exploration. An almost 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio for only up to 240 onboard guests (200 for Polar voyages) ensures a truly all-inclusive indulgence.
Scenic Eclipse II also offers the highest level of service to her guests with a special gourmet experience – as many as ten restaurants with diverse menus, ranging from Asian to French cuisine, as well as numerous entertainment and recreational facilities.
